Stud welding
Threaded studs, threaded inserts, flat connectors and pins are welded onto enclosure lids, base, front and mounting plates.
PCB assembly
Fully automatic SMD assembly on four lines, complemented by THT assembly and wave soldering with a full nitrogen tunnel.
Laser marking
A Keyence hybrid laser marks terminals and circuit boards directly on the PCBs.
EMC testing
The Product Compliance Test Center with a large EMC measurement system tests the conformity of all products with European standards.
