About Tempelmann Feinwerktechnik
Tempelmann Feinwerktechnik GmbH is a precision engineering company that manufactures high-quality turned, milled, drilled and threaded parts as well as completely assembled modules. Production is performed by machining on modern vertical CNC machining centers with up to five simultaneous axes as well as on latest-generation CNC lathes with bar feeders, loading magazine and custom clamping fixtures for insert machining. Complex geometries are implemented with CAD-CAM support; a specialty is the internal boring of hexagonal sockets as well as thread production by both cutting and chipless methods. In addition to all types of non-ferrous metals and plastics, difficult-to-machine, amagnetic, seawater- and acid-resistant as well as high-strength, heat-resistant and stainless materials are processed. The service portfolio is rounded off by ultrasonic cleaning, surface finishing via a service network, procurement of assembly accessories and certification up to the 3.2 inspection certificate. Customers come from the aerospace, aviation, automotive and underwater engineering sectors.

Materials and Processes
Non-ferrous metals
Processing of all types of non-ferrous metals for precision engineering parts.
Plastics
Plastics are processed alongside metals for turned, milled and threaded parts.
Difficult-to-machine materials
Used in underwater and aviation engineering, where conventional machining reaches its limits.
Amagnetic materials
For applications where magnetism must be excluded, for example in underwater engineering.
Seawater- and acid-resistant materials
For components in civil and military shipbuilding with corrosive environmental exposure.
High-strength, heat-resistant and stainless materials
For highly stressed components in aviation and automotive engineering.
