Terabee is a French sensor technology company (SAS), founded in 2012 by Max Ruffo, Claudio Parrinello and Bjarne Hadland. Originally operating as a specialized drone inspection company with a technology partnership with CERN, Terabee evolved via its TeraRanger ToF sensor modules into a provider of integrated hardware and software solutions for smart buildings. The company manufactures and sells Time-of-Flight sensors for People Flow Counting and Occupancy Counting (e.g. People Counting L-XL with over 98% accuracy and coverage of doorways up to 9 m wide) as well as the Air Quality SB5 air quality monitor with Sensirion sensors (CO2, particulate matter, VOC, temperature, humidity).
