About Titan Wind Operational Support
Titan Wind Operational Support ApS manufactures large steel components and steel structures in Denmark – from machined parts and assemblies to transport and lifting equipment and tower segments for the wind industry. The company looks back on more than 20 years of experience in tower production and was created through the acquisition of the former Vestas tower factory in Varde (2012). Its core processes include the rolling of steel plates up to 120 mm thickness (advertised as up to 140 mm on the product page), welded constructions according to EN 1090 and ISO 3834, as well as machining and assembly. The production hall in Varde allows components up to 42 m in length, 10 m in width, 8 m in height, 5.5 m in diameter and 120 t in weight. The main customers are the wind energy and offshore sectors (foundation structures) as well as general steel construction. In 2020, the sister company Titan Wind Energy (Europe) A/S acquired the Ambau plant in Cuxhaven with direct North Sea access in order to serve the offshore foundation market. All services are integrated into a quality management system covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EN 1090 and ISO 3834.

The Titan Wind Energy division in Singapore takes over the former Vestas tower factory in Denmark; production continues as Titan Wind Energy (Europe) A/S.
- 2014
Titan Wind Energy (Europe) A/S takes over the surface treatment facility in Esbjerg from Gardit A/S.
- 2015
Upgrade of the surface treatment facility in Esbjerg to enable blasting through painting under one roof.

Foundation of “Titan Operational Support” with services such as on-site inspection, repair and consulting on production and project management.
