Expertise in precision mechanics since 1973
Toman GmbH is an owner-managed contract manufacturer for precision mechanics based in Wolfratshausen, south of Munich. The company produces demanding mechanical, pneumatic and electromechanical assemblies and offers the all-round service of complete manufacturing: from material procurement through CNC milling (3- to 5-axis, 5-axis simultaneous machining) and CNC turning (turn-mill centres with C and Y axes) to surface treatment, assembly, final inspection, documentation and logistics. Production runs in 3-shift operation 7 days a week for single-part designs, prototypes, pilot series, small series (1–100 pieces) and series production – up to approx. 20,000 pieces in milling and up to 80,000 pieces per year in turning. All steel and stainless steel grades, non-ferrous metals, plastics and high-tech materials such as titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, Invar, Torlon (PAI), CFRP and ceramics are machined. Customers come from electrical engineering, automation technology, plant engineering, aerospace engineering, drive technology, medical technology, precision mechanics, testing technology and the manufacturer segment of SMD/SMT placement machines.

Quality and certification
Quality assurance is carried out on a project-specific basis using CNC-controlled 3D coordinate measuring machines in a climate-controlled measuring room, including a profile projector and measuring microscope; measurements with 3D measurements and inspection down to the range of 3 decimal places. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (DEKRA, report no. A22071079, valid until 06.02.2026).
