About Trafo Schneider
Since 1939, Trafo Schneider GmbH has been developing and manufacturing inductive wound components, power supplies and UPS systems. The product portfolio includes transformers from 20 VA to 800 kVA (mains, isolation, autotransformer, safety, medical, test-field and water-cooled high-current transformers), mains chokes and filters, custom and complete devices built to customer drawings, UPS systems from 1 kVA to 200 kVA as well as 19-inch PDUs. Development and production take place entirely in Germany at the March-Buchheim site near Freiburg, both as prototype and single-unit production and as series production. On request, the products are fitted with housings, PTC resistors, thermal cut-outs, shield windings and other accessories; an online configurator supports enquiries for standardised transformers. The company supplies industries ranging from industry and mechanical engineering to medical technology, rail transport and aerospace, as well as the power plant and food industries, and delivers worldwide. Since 2020, Trafo Schneider has been part of the BruderGruppe.
