Treffpunkt Küchen GmbH is an owner-managed kitchen retail store in Bad Fallingbostel, which opened in 2009 as a musterhaus küchen specialist store. Owner and managing director Thomas Schmakeit has been active in the kitchen industry for over 25 years; with Eric Schmakeit, the second generation is now part of the company. The offering includes the planning of fitted kitchens with modern 3D software on a large screen, professional surveying, financing as well as bathroom furniture. Kitchens from manufacturers of a European purchasing association are offered as "Made in Germany". In addition, the company maintains its own workshop for carpentry and joinery work; installation is carried out by trained in-house fitters including professional electrical and plumbing connections. Customers come from Fallingbostel, Walsrode, Dorfmark, Soltau, Bremen, Hamburg, Hanover and the surrounding area. The store has been awarded several times as "Top Kitchen Retailer of Outstanding Quality" and ten times in succession as "1a Kitchen Specialist Retailer" (markt intern Verlag).
