About TRIA International
TRIA International GmbH, based in Emmerich am Rhein, is a subsidiary of the TESTA Group and develops, certifies and produces systems for smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (SHEV/NSHEV) as well as passive fire protection solutions. The product portfolio includes smoke vents such as VENTRA, VENTRA F, NATUS and COVIA TG, natural ventilation systems, daylight systems, roof hatches, fire curtains and smoke curtains as well as matching accessories. The value chain covers the entire process from research and development through product certification to manufacturing on a modern production line and support of project partners, complemented by technical consulting and project analysis. Core products are certified to EN 12101-2; several systems such as VENTRA, VENTRA F and NATUS additionally carry ATEX certification under Directive 2014/34/EU for use in potentially explosive areas. As part of the TESTA Group, which has been investing in R&D for passive fire protection systems for more than 30 years, TRIA has implemented projects in over 40 countries, including logistics centers, hospitals, shopping centers and transport hubs.
