About the association
The TU Dresden Robotik Arbeitsgruppe e.V. (TURAG) is a registered association in which students develop, design, program and operate autonomous robots for the international Eurobot competition. The work covers mechanical design, electronics and software development, including an in-house web interface for controlling and monitoring the robots. For the 2026 European championship in La Roche-sur-Yon (France), robots with suction grippers were built for the game operation and adapted on site to the differing field conditions. The association took part with 14 team members and achieved 4th place — TURAG's best result in a long time. The association is based in Dresden, with ties to TU Dresden.
