About TURCK
TURCK GmbH, headquartered in Mülheim an der Ruhr, is part of the TURCK Group, a 100 percent family-owned company founded in 1965 and a provider of automation technology for factory, process and logistics automation. The company develops, produces and markets electronic products and system solutions for capturing, processing and transmitting production data: sensor technology (inductive and capacitive proximity switches, fluid, pressure and temperature sensors), decentralized IP67 I/O modules, fieldbus and control technology, interface technology, power supplies, machine safety, HMI, RFID and the IIoT platform TURCK Automation Suite (TAS). At the Beierfeld site, SMT electronics manufacturing produces customer-specific assemblies; SMT placement is performed with solder paste printing down to 150 micrometers and reflow soldering. Turck Mechatec manufactures control cabinet and connection solutions. Customers come from factory and process automation, automotive, semiconductors, food, packaging, mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals and intralogistics. The Group employs around 4,500 people worldwide, of whom about 1,400 are in Germany, and maintains more than 30 national subsidiaries as well as eight development and production sites.
