About Vallo & Vogler
Vallo & Vogler GmbH is a surface finishing company founded in 1988, based in Belm near Osnabrück (Lower Saxony). On 5,000 m² of production space, the company finishes plastic, glass, aluminium and metal parts through high-vacuum metallization (evaporation and sputtering/PVD), decorative and functional coating as well as UV coating. In addition, screen, pad and digital printing, hot stamping, laser engraving and assembly with special machines for defined insertion forces are offered; injection molding, 3D printing and laser processing are carried out with partner companies. Customer industries include perfume, cosmetics, healthcare, automotive, beverages and interior/packaging. Machine capacity exceeds 60 million finishes per year; within the Roeser Group (approx. 400 employees, over 400 million units/year), the geographic presence is being expanded, particularly in the Benelux countries, France and Northern Europe. Ingo Hessel has been Managing Director since 2020; since 2025 the company has been fully part of the Roeser Group.

Materials & Processes
High-Vacuum Metallization (Aluminium Evaporation, Sputtering)
Decorative mirror-like surfaces with chrome-plated or anodized appearance as well as functional EMC shielding for technical components.
Polymer Metallization
Mirror-like surfaces with a corrosion-free HMDS protective layer as an inline solution without additional coating steps.
Decorative Coating
High-gloss or matte, single- or multi-color paints including soft-touch, stone and crack effects.
UV Coating
Extremely scratch-resistant, content-resistant surfaces in single-coat application, also combinable with metallization.
Functional Coating (Vallo Tech)
Corrosion protection for metal components and adhesion improvement of technical plastics for subsequent bonding.
Printing Refinement (Screen, Pad, Digital Printing)
Customer-specific artworks on glass or plastic items, also with tactile relief printing.
Hot Stamping
Decorative embossing on plastic surfaces.
Laser Engraving
Fine details through ablation of metallization or coating layers as well as 3D decoration on or in glass.
Injection Molding
Design, toolmaking and series production of decorative or technical plastic items (with partner companies).
Assembly/Final Completion
Pre-assembly, bonding and assembly of multi-part components with defined insertion forces via special machines.
3D Printing
Additive manufacturing as part of the finishing solutions (with partner companies).
