About Vandersanden

Vandersanden is a family-owned brick company founded in 1925 in Spouwen (Belgium), headquartered in Bilzen-Hoeselt with a history of over 100 years. The company manufactures facing bricks, clay pavers, brick slips and façade systems as well as the CO2-negative facing brick product Pirrouet® and the E-Board® façade insulation system. Production takes place at ten sites in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany based on clay; for E-Board®, EPS insulation boards with brick slip cladding are combined into finished system elements. The offering also includes sawing and post-processing of bricks, façade consultancy, training via the company's own Academy, and factory tours in Bilzen, Maasmechelen and Tolkamer. With more than 800 employees and an annual production capacity of around 600 million bricks, Vandersanden supplies residential construction, public architecture and landscaping across Europe; sales in Germany are handled by the Peine site (Vandersanden Deutschland GmbH).
