VOSS Holding GmbH + Co. KG is a mid-sized, foundation-owned group of companies headquartered in Wipperfürth (NRW), Germany, that develops and produces customer-specific line and connection systems for pneumatics, hydraulics, fuel, SCR, thermal management and hydrogen applications. The portfolio ranges from tube connections, cutting ring systems, quick-connect systems, valves, sensors, measuring couplings and manifolds to ready-to-install lines and thermal management modules. Manufacturing includes machining of steel, brass and aluminium, plastic injection molding including in-house toolmaking, extrusion of monolayer and multilayer tubes, tube forming, crimped, welded and brazed connections as well as the zinc-nickel coating VOSS coat in the company's own corrosion protection competence center. Customers come from the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, energy and hydrogen technology, and increasingly from data centers (liquid cooling). The group comprises 24 companies in 14 countries with more than 8,600 employees; in the 2025 fiscal year, revenue of 840 million euros was generated. The owner is the non-profit Hans Hermann Voss Foundation.
