W. Hülsmann GmbH is a manufacturing company based in Bünde, East Westphalia, specialised in pipe forming. Since April 1978, the company has produced cold- and hot-bent pipe bends to customer specifications, drawings or isometric drawings – from U-bends, storey bends and multiple bends through pipe frames, ring lines and pipe coils to complete piping systems. A speciality is special pipe bends with special radii, intermediate dimensions, thin-walled and heavy-walled versions as well as tightened tolerances. Using a patented process, seamless flow funnels are manufactured to WH standard 120 (dimensions essentially in accordance with DIN 28127), which hydraulically optimally connect half-pipe profiles to round connecting pipes. In addition, the company produces bend half shells from seamless pipe bends to DIN 2605 (types 2, 3 and 5) with uniform wall thickness and complete weld preparation. The portfolio is rounded off by machining and end working in all formable and machinable metallic materials, including contract manufacturing and custom production from customer-supplied material.
