About WAITKUS GROUP
WAITKUS GROUP is a corporate group based in Weingarten comprising the companies WAITKUS ENGINEERING GmbH, WAITKUS PST GmbH, WAITKUS RSF GmbH and WAITKUS 360° GmbH. The company supports customers from the first sketch through prototyping to series production. Core services include engineering (process planning, tool design, mechanical engineering design, CE documentation), industrial additive manufacturing using HP Multi Jet Fusion, Selective Laser Sintering, PolyJet (Keyence Agilista) and FDM, as well as post-processing such as dyeing, vapour polishing, shot peening and painting. The portfolio is complemented by laser technology (laser marking systems, WeMark), automation (special machinery, robot cells, handling units) and intralogistics with mobile robotics and warehouse solutions. Process planning is carried out with AutoForm, including forming simulation, feasibility analysis and active-surface/milling data creation in Class-A quality for deep-drawing steels, aluminium and high-strength steels. Customers come from industries such as automotive, mechanical engineering, medical technology, electronics, toolmaking and sport & leisure.

Quality & Standards
Quality assurance includes inspection deliverables such as component test reports, feasibility and robustness simulations (AutoForm Sigma) as well as documented conformity assessments under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. MJF parts can be produced with VDI-3400 textures (VDI 33–45) directly in the printing process.
