WaterSam was founded in 1996 in Balingen by former employees of Edmund Bühler GmbH, the previous market leader in the sampling industry. The company develops and manufactures automatic samplers and measuring stations for water, wastewater and liquids – exclusively in Germany. The portfolio includes stationary samplers (WS 312, WS 316, WS 316 SE, WS 316 SR, WS 316 EX II Indoor), wall-mounted units (WS 98, WS 98 Assist), portable samplers (WS Porti, WS Compact), refrigerated samplers, measuring stations, measuring probes and sample storage cabinets. The units are made of stainless steel and plastic, with housings manufactured individually to customer requirements in stainless steel, plastic or a combination of both. The modular design enables customer-specific special solutions, for example for river monitoring with triple water diverters made of stainless steel, the petro industry or chemistry. In addition, WaterSam offers customer service, maintenance contracts, rentals, measuring campaigns and training.
