Wenzel Bearing Tech GmbH was founded in 2010 by Jürgen Wenzel in Buxtehude, after he had been technically responsible for the Simplex bearing products of Blohm+Voss Industries GmbH for more than eleven years. The company offers consulting, development and design of new technologies, in particular for shaft drives as well as white metal and plastic plain bearings for the shipbuilding and power supply industries. The range of services also includes damage assessments and expert reports for damaged components as well as assembly and installation support for new shaft sleeves of propeller shafts. In addition, the company organizes the fastest possible supply of classification-society-approved replacement shaft sleeves, which are delivered worldwide. The website is bilingual (German/English).
