About WES Systeme Electronic
Since 1981, WES Systeme Electronic GmbH has been developing, producing and distributing custom information, control and input systems from Nidderau near Frankfurt am Main. The portfolio includes operator terminals, kiosk and info terminals for indoor and outdoor use, desktop and built-in monitors with touch, digital signage, keyboards, industrial trackballs and Hall-effect joysticks. The company specialises in small to medium series production of HMI control units from a quantity of 1 and covers the entire process chain from design and development through prototype and sample construction to production, software adaptation and commissioning. In addition, WES offers a 3D printing service for rapid prototyping with continuous fibre-reinforced FDM printing (Onyx, carbon, Kevlar, glass fibre) as well as powder coating in the colour of your choice. Customers come from industry, from software and system houses, hospitals, museums such as the Bode Museum Berlin, and public administrations; authorised Elo Touch Solutions distributor. Since August 2023, WES has been part of the GETT corporate group.

Materials & Processes
Onyx
Engineering thermoplastic (approx. 90% nylon, 10% chopped carbon fibres) as base material for high-strength 3D-printed parts.
Carbon fibre
Continuous fibre reinforcement for 3D-printed parts with aluminium-like strength at half the weight.
Kevlar
Lightweight, durable fibre for reinforcing printed parts.
Glass fibre / HSHT glass fibre
Fibre reinforcement for stable parts or for strength at high temperatures.
ABS
Thermoplastic for 3D printing applications.
Stainless steel
Material for hygienic industrial keyboards.
Aluminium 6061-T6
Reference material for strength comparison with fibre-reinforced 3D-printed parts.
