Wieds Ecochem AG is a medium-sized chemical company founded in 1975, headquartered in Freudenberg-Wilhelmshöhe (Siegen-Wittgenstein district). The company develops and produces chemical-technical products for supporting work processes in industry, trades and municipalities. The product range includes metalworking fluids, degreasers, coagulants, industrial cleaners, operational hygiene and maintenance cleaners, vehicle care products, technical sprays as well as medical-technical products; additionally, technical accessories such as minimum quantity lubrication systems and cleaning machines as well as micro-dosing systems are offered. An in-house research and development department with its own laboratory (over 300 chemicals in use, microbiological analyses) develops customer-specific product solutions. The service portfolio includes fluid management, disposal and full service, repair and maintenance, certified training in operational hygiene and hazardous substance instruction (§ 5 ArbSchG, § 14 GefStoffV), warehousing on over 1,000 m² with call-off orders and just-in-time delivery, as well as its own vehicle fleet. Through branches in Austria, Luxembourg and Switzerland, the company is internationally represented. In 2025, it celebrated its 50th anniversary.
