Founded in 1940 and headquartered in Essen, Wilhelm Maass GmbH is a manufacturer of forged and machined flanges made from stainless steel and special alloys. The company produces flanges to ANSI B16.5 from 1/2" to 60" at pressure ratings from 150 to 2500 lbs as well as to DIN from DN10 to DN1500 at PN6 to PN400. In addition to standard flanges such as Weldnecks, Slip-Ons, Threaded, Blind, Socketweld, Lap-Joint, Orifice and Reducing Flanges, the company also manufactures special flanges to drawing, Spectacle Blinds, Long Welding Neck as well as JIS and API flanges. The material range includes stainless steel to ASTM A182, Duplex, Super Duplex as well as high-nickel alloys such as Alloy 20, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel and Alloy 800. Wilhelm Maass GmbH is the headquarters of the Maass Global Group with production and distribution locations including Texas, Canada, Mexico and India, supplying customers in the oil and gas industry (upstream, midstream, downstream), LNG and petrochemicals worldwide. The scope of services includes project support from planning to commissioning, ITP preparation, project management support, packaging, customer inspections and logistics.
