About Wingtop
Wingtop is a Taiwanese manufacturer of electronic components and industrial computers with roots in its predecessor company 'Jacqueminot', founded in 1960. The product portfolio includes KVM-over-IP solutions, 1U Combo KVM switches, modular LCD KVM consoles from 15 to 20 inches, industrial LCD monitors (6.4 to 42 inches, panel mount), fanless industrial panel PCs, IP Switched and Metered PDUs, as well as SPS power supplies for AC and DC applications. Since 1980, the company has served the computer market, initially with SPS power supplies and 8086 mechanical parts, and from 1995 with a focus on panel PC and KVM console solutions. In 2003, a network product line with Wireless LAN components was added, including for outdoor communication applications. Target industries include industrial control and distribution systems, the automotive industry, telecommunications, as well as data centers and IT infrastructure. Manufacturing takes place in New Taipei City (Taiwan); a sales office existed in Hamburg (Wingtop Electronics Handels GmbH, HRB 73393, deleted in 2016). Historically, Wingtop was a subcontractor to Taiwan Tatung Co.
