WISKA Hoppmann GmbH is a family-owned company headquartered in Kaltenkirchen (Schleswig-Holstein) that develops, produces and distributes installation material, a maritime luminaire range and video surveillance systems. The product portfolio includes cable glands, grommets, cable entry systems, junction boxes, switches, socket devices, search and floodlight luminaires with LED technology, VARITAIN reefer container sockets, and explosion-proof CCTV camera systems made entirely of stainless steel. Traditional materials are brass and thermoset plastics; stainless steel products are also offered for maritime and industrial applications. Customer industries include shipbuilding, industry, the electrical trade and the reefer container market. Founded in 1919 in Hamburg, the company relocated production to Kaltenkirchen in 1969 and today operates two sites there: the headquarters at Kisdorfer Weg 28 as well as a logistics, production and administration building with quality control at Grashofstraße, occupied in 2020/2021, on a 36,500 m² site. The company employs over 310 people worldwide and is led in its third generation by Ronald and Tanja Hoppmann.
