About WISP Komponenten
WISP Komponenten GmbH is an Austrian manufacturer of electromagnetic actuators headquartered in Eibiswald, Styria. Founded in 2009, the company develops and manufactures electromagnets such as single-stroke solenoids, reversing-stroke solenoids, bistable solenoids, holding electromagnets and control solenoids – both as standard products and as custom solutions. Development is carried out using FEM magnetic field simulation software and 3D CAD, from design through prototypes to series production. In production in Eibiswald, coils are wound on several winding machines; smaller quantities are produced manually, while medium and larger quantities are produced automatically. All products undergo 100% end-of-line testing in the company's own fully automated universal test centre. The actuators are used, among other things, in automotive, safety technology, household appliances, industrial systems, elevator technology, fire protection and printing machines.

All electromagnets undergo 100% end-of-line testing on a specially built, fully automated universal test system; tested are dielectric strength, grounding connection, coil resistance, force-stroke characteristics, switching times and dimensions. In addition, cooperations exist with external test laboratories and academic institutions.
