Witech GmbH is a family business from Remscheid specializing in the hard chrome plating of workpieces. Its service portfolio includes the pre-treatment of supplied workpieces, the hard chrome plating itself, and technical and professional consulting on the chrome plating process and saw production. The company emerged from the firm Gottlieb Ernst Wilms, which had been manufacturing metal goods and treating surfaces since 1875. In 1987, the Wilms couple established the hard chrome plating plant on Fürberger Straße, where the office and production are still located today.
