Wonnemann Sperrholz is an importer specialising in plywood, based in Rheda-Wiedenbrück. The company distributes plywood made from the wood species Okoume and Fuma as well as premium-faced plywood. Building on decades of experience in veneer and plywood production in the Congo and in Wiedenbrück, the company develops customised plywood products in close collaboration with European partners, tailored to individual customer requirements. The product range includes bent plywood, Fuma bent plywood, Okoumé plywood, multiplex panels, aluminium plywood, profiled plywood and front door panels. Bent plywood is pressed from specially selected Fuma rotary-cut veneers with knife-cut veneer inserts; the bending direction runs across the grain of the face veneer, so that from a panel format of 2520 x 1720 mm, for example, a column with a height of 2520 mm can be created.
