WZR ceramic solutions is a development and manufacturing partner specializing in technical ceramics and advanced ceramics, with its own laboratory and pilot plant. The company supports customers across the entire value chain: from selecting the suitable material and ceramics-compatible design to the production of components, including 3D printing of ceramics (CerPrint). Further core services include the custom development of ceramic coatings (CerCoat), the testing and evaluation of ceramics (CerCheck), and temperature-resistant ceramic markings (CerTrace). In addition, WZR synthesizes complex oxide powders for functional ceramics through to formed component manufacturing. The interdisciplinary project teams consist of materials scientists, engineers, chemists, physicists and mineralogists. Customers include the chemical industry, for example within the research project AMAZING for the additive manufacturing of ceramic membrane reactors.
