ZAPF GmbH, headquartered in Bayreuth, is a manufacturer of prefabricated concrete garages and has been building garages in series production since 1904. The prefabricated garages are precast from concrete and cement, individually equipped (including lighting, electric door drives, ventilation, windows, doors, roof greening) and delivered including assembly and delivery. For planning purposes, the company provides a 3D garage configurator; it also offers modernization and refurbishment services for existing garages as well as consultation at sample parks in Germany and Austria. Production takes place at four sites in Germany, keeping transport routes short during delivery. Customers are private households as well as commercial and housing businesses.
