Zellner Bau GmbH is an owner-managed family business from Schweitenkirchen in Upper Bavaria that has been realizing construction projects since 1972. As a classic construction company, it builds new single-family and semi-detached houses, multi-family houses and residential complexes, commercial buildings and agricultural buildings, partly turnkey or as partially finished shell-and-fit-out houses. The range of services also includes earthworks and sewer work, conversions, renovations, extensions and additional storeys, interior and exterior plastering, as well as maintenance and repair of buildings. The value chain includes masonry work, concrete work, screed installation, insulation, plastering work and the assembly of prefabricated building elements. The approximately 40 employees support private and commercial clients from planning and quotation preparation through to execution. The company has been IQ-certified since 2001 (“Building with Guild Quality”) and is run in its third generation by Johannes and Simon Zellner.
